This letter is to inform you that we have conveyed our concern to Deputy Chief Green and to Mr. Norman Lague of Friedline & Carter, relative to the integrity of the welds of the tank, and that its strength should be confirmed by test and/or replaced, or there could be a re-occurring incident.
