We request that you review your records for the following information:
o Environmental permits for fuel storage tanks, present or past.o Documentation for the removal ofany fuel storage tanks.. Records or reports of any notices, fines, citations, spills or other incidents involving the release of
petroleum products or haz-ardous materials at the site or at abutting sites.. Any other information in your files which may have a bearing on the environmental condition of the
site.
Please send us copies of any permits, reports or other information resulting from your research. Enclosed
