PETITION #5230: 28 Little Dipper Lane, Yarmouth
A Notice of Intent filing is required for the proposed work at 28 Little Dipper Lane due to
the 100-year flood, zone which triggers the Wetlands Protection Act, the Yarmouth
Wetland Bylaw, and the DEP stormwater standards. The Conservation Commission has
not yet received or reviewed an application for this project, and it is not guaranteed that
any application submitted would be closed in a single hearing. For your information, the
next available hearings are on May 21, 2026, and June 4, 2026. We will forward any
additional information once this application is received and a hearing is held.
