OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 27, 2026 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02664 in the Select Board Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https:lilf.yrarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.asox?id=904379&repo=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

2. 26-AO41 Shawn and Lori Donovans (Owners) and Pro Fence (Agent): To install a fence and replace a
washing station at 43 Canterbury Road
3. 26-AO42 Town of Yarmouth (Owner) and Signarama (Agent): To install a temporary event banner at 460
Route 6A
4. 26-AO43 Town of Yarmouth (Owner) and Signarama (Agent): To install temporary pole banners on utility
poles located at/or abutting 168 Route 6A, 161 Route 6A, 152 Route 6A, 156 Route 6A, 134 Route 6A,
125 Route 6A, and 133 Route 6A
5. 26-AO44 Melissa Stachowiak (Owner): To paint door and shutters at 793 Route 6A
6. 26-AO45 Town of Yarmouth (Owner) and Joe Jerofimo (Agent): To install "No Dumping/Do Not Disturb"
signs at conservation areas at 0 Ancient Way, OThacher Shore Road, and 400 Center Street/Homers
