The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on May 7,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Lourival Santos, 96 South
Shore Drive. Proposed addi-
tion in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
Steven Katz, 703 Route 28.
Proposed demolition of
abandoned retail store and
replacement with three resi-
dential buildings in LSCSF,
riverfront area, and buffer
zone to a coastal bank.
Robert Griffin, Great Island
Associates Inc, and Great
Island Realty Trust, 0 Great
Island Rd. After -the -fact
filing for replacement beach
stairs and boardwalk on
coastal dune and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
