Detailed Narrative:
Proposed work is for a first floor addition of less than 200 square feet to the rear of the
cottage. The addition will include a bathroom and expansion of the family room and
bathroom. Access to the cottage is via the existing driveway, there will be a small amount
of demo and debris will be removed daily.
