For your records, please find attached Endorsed ANR Plan #2936D for property
located at 6 & 8 Miracle Way, Yarmouth Port, MA, Assessor Map 125, Parcels 39.1 &
39.2. The ANR Plan adjusts the lot line between 6 & 8 Miracle Way to provide
adequate rear lot setback for 6 Miracle Way to the constructed building bulkhead. The
ANR Plan also includes a utility easement to accommodate future
repairs/maintenance associated with the septic system for 8 Miracle Way. These lots
were originally created as part of a Single-Family Cluster Subdivision.
The plan was endorsed at the April 15, 2026 Planning Board meeting and the
applicant has 6-months to record the ANR Plan at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds.
