Notes:
S.W. Cole Construction Services Technician Cassie Stelmash arrived on site as schedule by Wright and Pierce for
concrete field testing for the placement referenced above. Upon arrival CMS met with Eric Solo.
Concrete was delivered by Cape Cod Ready Mix and was a 4500-psi mix with 1 1/2" aggregate and a Sika Control
admixture and a total of 67 cubic yards were placed. A mid-load test for air, slump. and temperature was done on
the first load taken from the truck. Results of the tests can be found below:
Slump: 8 1/2"
Air: 3.9 %
Conc. Temp: 65
CMS also made one set of five cylinders (3,7,14,28,28) for laboratory compressive strength testing. Results of the
testing were given verbally to Reisa from CDM Smith after testing was completed.
