HomeMy WebLinkAbout5233 23 Iroquois Blvd Letter of Support 1RECEIVED From: diane czerwlnski MAY 0 b 2026 Sent: Monday, May 4, 7026 11:07 AM YARFAOU _111 To: Fallon, Dolores cdfallon@yarmouth.ma.us> BOARD OF APPEALS Subject: Petition 5233, ion Fredrick Tolley This is an email to communicate my husband John and myself, Diane Czerwinski of 52F South Sea ave West Yarmouth's thoughts. As neighbors of Mr. Tolley we have been shocked and dismayed at the way the town has treated this life-long resident in his quest to continue to sell his lobsters at his property. I will make this short, we have been summer owners/residents since the 90s, however have been vacationing in West Yarmouth for my entire life, 64 years. Jon Tolley's selling lobsters has NEVER been any problem for us. His property is meticulously maintained always. We have met many vacationers who absolutely love/and plan for his lobsters while visiting. We wholeheartedly support his petition to be allowed to sell his lobsters moving forward! We must, as taxpayers and neighbors need to express how horribly the town has treated one of their own, I have never seen such disrespect for someone as well as the supporters who have attended hearings and been spoken to with such disregard. Because we live off cape during the winter we were unable to attend the past hearings to give our support. We have watched the past hearings, especially the one in which Mr. Igoe asked for police to be brought in to squelch the voices of Mr. Tolleys supporters. It was disgusting. I appreciate you reading our thoughts and hope the petition is passed and Jon can once again sell his lobsters from his property. Diane and John Czerwinski
