hearing and is requesting a continuation to May 21. Can you accommodate this request?

Typically as long as one of you is there in the room, the Commission will be ok with
hearing from other representatives on Zoom. Of course it’s all up to their discretion if
there’s a bad connection or anything like that they could always say no.

Good Morning Brittany and Joe,
I’m checking in about Thursday 5/7 to confirm. I’m guessing the agenda will be
posted soon. If the applicant wishes for her attorney to be present does the
attorney have to appear or is remote participation OK ? Same for Coastal
Geologist ? I will be in the room.
