On behalf of my client, Raoul Chalifoux, I am submitting 1 original and 7 copies of the revised project plan for
the above referenced project. Electronic copies of all documents will be emailed to the conservation office.
The following changes were made to the project plan:
▪ The vegetated buffer strip was increased from 5’ to 10’ wide.
▪ A note to refer to the landscaping plan was added to the buffer strip. Lynne Hamlyn will be creating
this plan.
▪ The beach access stairs to the north were moved to the relocated landing.
▪ The landing for the existing beach access stairs will be removed.
▪ The number of piles needed for the relocation is 4 instead of 6. The existing piles against the bulkhead
can remain in place.
▪ The reconstructed brick path was shown in its new location.
▪ The resource area table was corrected for the mitigation.
▪ Note 2 was revised for the buffer strip width.
Enclosed is the revised plan “Plan Showing Proposed Bulkhead Reconstruction”, by Shorefront Consulting,
dated 11/26/25, revised 4/19/26 (1 sheet).
Please include this information for your May 21, 2026 public hearing. The landscape plan will be forwarded as
