The Petitioner understands and agrees that the Planning Board will not hold the Public Meeting for the
Village Centers Overlay District Site Plan Review for Application VCOD 2025-1 within 50 calendar
days of submission of the VCOD SPR Application, or within the prior 45-day extension, and the
Petitioner agrees to an additional forty-five ( 45) calendar day extension. This extension was requested
by the Applicant to allow time ' to modify the plans and address input from the Design Review
Committee and the Site Plan Review Team.
