SITE CONDITIONS
The site consists of a lawn and plaritings to an existing wooden seawall, There is an area of
marsh grass at the southwest corner of the piropeay. Also there is a steep drop off into the
channel. The channel has a hard rocky bottom. Quahogs were noted under the float.
No eelgmss was present on this site.
TECHNIQUE
22 approx. 72' sampling plots were established at 1 W increments from the 0' mark to the 100'
mark. A standard quahog rake lined with 112" mesh was used for all sampling plots. Also S plots
were sampled between the existing float and the seawall facing north.
