COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on May 21,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability_
Englewood Beach Condo
Association, 1 Shore Road.
Proposed replacement of
chain -link fence with split -
rail fence in coastal beach
and LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
GIHA, 0 Great Island Road.
Proposed reconstruction of
beach access stairs in
coastal beach, coastal dune,
coastal bank and LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town 7s
website at

hours in advance of the
meeting.
