Thank you and my apologies for not getting back to you. I will be living on cape starting June so I will
not be renting the house.

This message serves as a FINAL notice regarding your 2026 Rental Registrahon, which has not been renewed.
Our records indicate that you have yet to fulfill this requirement despite prior notificatjons. please be aware
that operating a rental property without a current registrahon violates Town regulations and may result in
enforcement action.
All rental properties in the Town of yarmouth are mandated to maintain an active registration.
**lmmediate Action Required for Renewal:**
. Log in to Opencov (top right corner) - Dashboard. Select "My Account"
. Click on'Applications"
. Locate your current Rental Registration record
' Select "Renew" and confirm that all information is accurate and up to date. lf you cannot find the
option to renew, please create a NEW record.. Hit Confirm and Submit
' Make payment (Note: opencov does not accept E-check. To pay by check, please deliver it to Town
Hall (Health Department) or mail it with your application number written on the check to: Town ofYarmouth, 1146 Route 28, South yarmouth, MA 02664)
' lf your property requires an inspection before issuing a Rental occupancy certificate, you will receive anotification through openGov to schedule. Please note that all short-term rentals require an inspection.
lf this property is no longer being used as a rental, please inform the Health Department immediately to ensureour records are current, Complete the affidavit indicating that you are no longer renting your property here:hUps:lya rmoutn.ma. uslOo
