Notes:
As requested by Rayssa with CDM Smith, S.W.COLE rep was onsite to perform concrete sampling and testing for
the locations referenced above.
S.W.COLE Construction Services Technician AEC arrived on site at approximately 6:15 AM to observe concrete
placement and perform sampling and testing.
Concrete Delivery No. 1 arrived on site consisting of approximately 10 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi concrete with
¾‑inch aggregate, placed via pump truck.
One set of tests was performed on Truck No. 69 with the following results:
Slump: 8 inches
Air Content: 4.0 percent
Concrete Temperature: 68°F
One set of compression test cylinders was cast for laboratory testing at 7, 14, and 28 days (two cylinders), along
with one hold cylinder.
The pump truck was observed completing concrete placement activities at SHB Walls 8 and 9 and subsequently
relocated to SBR Wall 14.
Concrete Delivery No. 2 arrived on site consisting of approximately 10 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi concrete with
1½‑inch aggregate. It was reported that Sika 75 admixture was added prior to placement. Concrete was placed
via pump truck.
One set of tests was performed on Truck No. 51 with the following results:
Slump: 8 inches
Air Content: 4.5 percent
Concrete Temperature: 67°F

Test results and field observations were verbally reported to Rayssa while onsite.
AEC concluded field activities, secured testing equipment, and departed the site at approximately 10:45 AM.
