The S.W.COLE rep arrived onsite at approximately 6:30 AM. Concrete placement activities were observed during the time of sampling and testing. Observations were limited to conditions present and activities occurring at the time of the site visit. One concrete delivery was observed during the site visit. Concrete Delivery No. 1 arrived onsite consisting of approximately 10.5 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi concrete with 1‑1/2‑inch nominal aggregate. The concrete reportedly included Sika® 75, which was added prior to arrival. The concrete was placed via pump truck. One set of field tests was performed on the sampled concrete with the following results: Truck 53 – Load 1Slump: 8.5 inches Air Content: 4 percent Concrete Temperature: 70°F One set of compression test cylinders was cast for laboratory testing at 7, 14, and 28 days (two cylinders per test age), along with one hold cylinder. Test results will be reported separately upon completion of laboratory testing. Test results and field observations were verbally reported to the onsite Justin while onsite.
