What is the proposed surface for the 5’ pedestrian pathway? Why is this needed/can it be minimized? Work Limit Line: I will recommend tightening it to just past existing edge of pavement to protect any existing buffer within the no disturb 35’ buffer zone Plants A vegetated buffer exists on the west and south sides- what are its components? Our engineer is updating the project plans with the 35’, 50’ and 100’ buffer to coastal bank lines as well as updating the impact table to display those impacts.
