Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02673
for consideration and in full consideration of SEVENTY-TWO THOUSAND AND
00/100 ($72,000.00) DOLLARS
grants to Louis A. Stergis, Trustee of GUSTO REALTY TRUST, a Declaration of
Trust dated July 6, 1998, with a mailing address of 12 Industrial Park Road, West
Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02673 and recorded at the Barnstable
County Registry of Uceds in Book l 1552, Page 310.

The land in Yannouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, with the buildings thereon,
known and numbered as 12 Industrial Park Road, West Yarmouth, bounded and ✓
described as follows.
PARCEL ONI;
hots 2, 3, 4, and 5 on a plan entitled "Mid -Cape Industrial Park -West, Yarmouth, Mass.,
property of Marion F. Braun. Scale I " = 100 feet - December 15, 1958. I:d Kellog Civil
Eng'r Osterville," which plan is duly filed in the Barnstable County Registry of needs in
Plan Boole 146, Page 67.
The above lots are conveyed subject to the restriction that no building permit shall be
applied for to the Building Inspector of the Town of Yarmouth unless a road is built,
according to the subdivision requirements, to said lots, providing proper access to the
same from any town way or other public way. The above described lots are conveyed
subject to and with the benefit of restrictions, easements and conditions of record insofar
as the same are in force and applicable.
Together with the right of way in and over all roads shown on said Plan.

"Supplemental Land Court Petition Plan of land in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts,
I'etitionerTown of Yarmouth, Scale 1" = 60' Sept. 30, 1983 John L. Newton Registered
Land Surveyor Town of Yarmouth Engineering Department", which said plan is filed
with the Land Court in pending band Registration Case No. 37845, said Plan being
designated Plan 37845-A4.
There is conveyed as appurtenant to said premises an casement for all purposes for which
ways are commonly used in the 'Town of Yarmouth over the 40.00 foot wide easement
shown on said plan.
