Hi Joe,
1. Regarding trees: No trees were removed for the shed; and no trees will be removed for the 3-
season room.
2. The shed was installed on sono-tube anchors, and was inspected by the building department
last October, and the permit for that project was signed off as complete.
3. Regarding the 3-season room: the existing foundation will be supporting an engineered beam.

Please note that the cottage itself is a small 3-season structure. Water lines are drained, and the
water, gas and electric are all turned off for the winter.

The Conservation Administrator has reviewed your project and is looking for some additional
information regarding the proposed three-season room and the shed that was added in 2025.
Were any trees removed for the shed and will any trees need to be removed for work on
the three-season room?
Is the shed on sono tubes or otherwise anchored?
What is proposed as far as footings beneath the three-season room?
A revised sketch plan may also be required with a date and note that the entire property is
in the flood zone.
If you can please provide a response, ideally prior to noon this Thursday. Sorry for the short
notice.
