COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on June 4,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability
Steve Markow, 39 Doherty
Lane. Proposed three -
season room on existing
deck in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
Leonardo Calle and Liana
Shaymardanova, 3 Baldwin
Lane. Proposed inground
pool and patio in LSCSF.
Anthony and Jane
Campagna, 14 Compass
Drive. Proposed seawall
reconstruction, elevation,
and relocation with fill in
land under the ocean, land
containing shellfish, river -
front area, LSCSF and the
buffer zone to a salt marsh,
and after -the -fact filing for
a patio and deck in the
buffer zone to a salt marsh
and LSCSF.
Blue Rock Road Realty Trust,
166 and 172 Blue Rock Road.
Proposed bulkhead and
stairs reconstruction with
new landing in coastal
beach, coastal bank, land
containing shellfish, river -
front area and LSCSF.
Stephen and Kimberly
Duval, 37 Indian Memorial
Drive. Proposed seasonal
dock in the buffer zones to a
BVW and Long pond.
Thomas Dandis, 7 Cape Isles
Drive. Proposed seawall
reconstruction at the same
elevation and float configu-
ration in land under the
ocean and land containing
shellfish and after -the -fact
filing for a patio and walk-
way in the buffer zone and
LSCSF.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
