WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant=applicant' s agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National and
State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of Appropriate
ness Demolition Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required
by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Tine for Making Determinations

following specifications:

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner according to the
specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be
executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon
strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado & other necessary insurance. our workers are fully
covered by workmen's compensation Insurance.
Note: This proposal may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
