As requested I have reviewed the records of the Yarmouth Fire Department. The property
referred to appears to be the vacant lot. To my recollection it was previously a used car lot. I
find no record ofspills or contamination, but the previous use leaves open the possibility.
Additionally except for the 14 East Main st property, I have no information regarding spills or
contamination of the abuning properties.
