The rented space will be used for the company's sportfishing and related projects and business which shall include: office space, file storage, storage of rods, reels and fishing equipment, tables for rigging, racks for equipment, bait freezers and commercial ice makers. Some of the fishing and boat equipment used (rods, rigging and lures for example) will be made or assembled on-site. The business will park or store zoning allowed vehicles, including outboard fishing boats on trailers on occasion, none of which will be maintained at the location.
