Hello Maureen,
Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Your home has an Innovative Alternative
(I/A) septic system. This system requires regular maintenance with a certified provider and your JET
system is under warranty. We are the provider that will be taking care of the warranty period for your
JET system. Your system is set up for routine semi-annual operation and maintenance service in
February and August. Your Jet system is covered for z years O&M (operations & maintenance) service
visits at no cost to you. The Effluent field sampling and reporting - $ro8.oo per activity ($43z.oo for
two years) has been prepaid by the previous homeowner.
I have attached literature and our standard O&M (operation & maintenance) contract for your review.
Please sign and refurn the contract to our oIrtca Once we receive your signed contract, we will
countersign the contract, send you and the board of health a fully executed copy. We would like to
offer a courtesy, no charge visit, with you for a walkthrough to meet and answer any questions you
may have about the system. Please give us a call or e-mail us at infb(ri,cleanvaterrecove[ .com to
schedule.
Please keep in mind that the Department of Environmental Protestion requires
homeowners of innovative/alternative (IA) systems to maintain an active Operations
and Maintenance contract with a licensed service provider, for the life of the system.
