As requested by Wright‑Pierce, S.W.COLE rep was onsite to perform concrete testing and
sampling at the locations referenced above.
The S.W.COLE representative arrived onsite at approximately 6:30 AM.
One concrete delivery (Load 1) arrived onsite consisting of approximately 5 cubic yards of
4,500‑psi concrete with a 3/4‑inch nominal maximum aggregate. The concrete contained
Sika® 75 air‑entraining admixture and was placed using a pump truck. Concrete placement
operations were observed only as necessary to perform the requested testing.
Field Testing
One set of field tests was performed on Load 1 (Truck No. 75) with the following results:
Slump: 8.5 inches
Air Content: 4.1 percent
Concrete Temperature: 75°F
Test Specimens
One set of compression test cylinders was cast for laboratory testing, including specimens for
7‑day, 14‑day, and 28‑day compressive strength testing (two cylinders), along with one hold
cylinder.
Test results and observations were verbally communicated onsite to Rayssa Fonte,
Wright‑Pierce representative, at the time of testing.
Upon completion of testing activities, the S.W.COLE representative gathered testing
equipment and departed the site at approximately 9:00 AM.
