Hi Joe;
To address your question regarding 7 Tide Lane waterways confirmation:
Below is the email where I inquired with Kathyryn Brooks about all these projects.
She stated below that as long as there was no seaward expansion, that waterways
and shellfish committee review was not required.

Hi Mark,
Projects 3 and 4 will need to come before the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee. If
Project 5 has seaward expansion it will also need to come to us. The next meeting is November 20th

Subject: Shellfish survey scope questions for 6 properties
Hi there;
I have 6 projects coming up in Yarmouth that may or may not need shellfish
surveys.
They are:
1: 180 South Street; permitting of an existing licensed dock; no work is proposed at
this time. plan attached.
2: 7 Cape Isles Drive; reconstruction of existing permitted bulkhead within the
existing footprint; no seaward expansion.
3: 166 Blue Rock Road; proposed replacement of existing deteriorated (almost not
their anymore) bulkhead. Some of this bulkhead will likely be below the high tide
line for the "Narrows" area.
4: 14 Compass Lane (Parker's River) Campagna; replacement of existing bulkhead
on the lagoon side and the river side; on the lagoon side the bulkhead is going
landward of the existing. But the bulkhead on Parker's river has to be replaced in
front of the existing; there's no room to get in there, and the house and pool are very
close to the edge. If we had to excavate behind the wall on the river side, the house
and pool would collapse. plan attached. Also, there are about 12 rocks in the lagoon
between the float and the seawall that are proposed to be removed. See plan.
5: 7 Tide Lane (Parker's River); replacement of existing permitted bulkhead. We
MIGHT try to go in front of the existing for this one; the dock and floats don't have
to be moved seaward, so there's room to do it that way. So IF we go seaward, I'm
assuming that we'll need a shellfish survey. But if we decide to stay within the
existing footprint, then do we still need a shellfish survey?
6: 49 Neptune Lane; reconstruction of existing permitted bulkhead on Parker's
River; same footprint and no seaward expansion.
Please advise on the above projects if they need a shellfish survey, and I'll get them
done.
Thanks for your time.
Regards,
