To Whom it may concern,
The proposed work for 27 Holly Lane in South Yarmouth is as follows. We are looking to add
an addition to the east elevation which will extend 5 feet beyond the existing footprint. The
abutters were notified of these specific details by certified return receipt mailings on
5/28/2026. There will be no regrading and the gutters on the addition will connect with the
existing downspouts. The proposed plan is exactly as noted in the most recent certified
plot plan completed on 5/29/2026 by a licensed surveyor, Robb Sykes.
