1 . I am making this affdavit in regard to the property located at 21 Buuor

2. I aftrm that, to the best of my knowledge, the structure at 21 Bufler
Avenue is a two-bedroom home on the top floor.
3. The basement of the property is used exclusively as living space and
storage.
4. The cunent owner of the property is PAH Properties, located at 1769
Riverdale Street, West Springrfi eld, Massachusetts.
