On behalf of my client, the Blue Rock Road Realty Trust, I am submitting 1 original completed Administrative
Review Request for temporary repairs to be made to the existing beach access stairs. These are temporary
repairs to provide access to the beach for the 2026 season. The stairs will be fully reconstructed under an order
of conditions later this year or next year. The following items are enclosed:
▪ Completed Request for Administrative Review form
▪ Check #2604 for $50 check made payable to the Town of Yarmouth for the admin approval fee

Existing lowest run of stairs has disconnected from the lower landing and is pitching seaward.
Stairs need to be resecured to the landing for the 2026 summer season. The entire stairs will
be reconstructed under an order of conditions in late 2026 or early 2027. This is a temporary
repair so that the stairs can be used for the 2026 season.
