S.W.COLE rep arrived onsite at approximately 8:45 AM. Concrete placement operations were ongoing during the observation period. Concrete Delivery No. 1 arrived onsite with approximately 6 cubic yards of 4,500-psi concrete with 1-1/2-inch aggregate. Sika Control 75 admixture was reportedly added prior to placement. The concrete was placed directly from the concrete truck. One set of field tests was performed with the following results: Truck 62 – Load 1: Slump: 7 inches Air Content: 5% Concrete Temperature: 75°F One set of compressive strength test cylinders was cast for laboratory testing at 7-, 14-, and 28-day intervals (two cylinders per test age), along with one hold cylinder. Laboratory test results will be reported separately upon completion. S.W.COLE rep departed the site at approximately 10:30 AM upon completion of the requested services.
