Barnstable County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
WESTERLY by Forest Road, one hundred and 11/100 (100.11) feet;
NORTHERLY by Lot 477 as shown on the plan hereinafter mentioned, one
hundred nineteen and 32/100 (119.32) feet;
EASTERLY by Lot 467 as shown on said plan, one hundred 03/100 (100.03)
feet; and
SOUTHERLY by Lot 479 as shown on said plan, one hundred seventeen and
04/100 (117.04) feet.
Being LOT 478 as shown on a plan entitled "Subdivision Plan of a portion on
`CAPTAINS VILLAGE' South Yarmouth, Mass., May 25, 1971, Scale 1" = 100',
Thomas E. Kelley, Surveyor, South Yarmouth Mass." which said plan is duly filed in the
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 249, Page 113.
There is appurtenant to said land, the right to use the street and ways as shown on said
plan in common with others who are now, or in the future may be, entitled thereto for all
purposes for which streets and ways are commonly used in the Town of Yarmouth.
The above premises are subject to restrictions, rights and easements of record insofar as
the same are now in force and applicable.

Being the same premises conveyed to John P Curley and Phyllis M Curley by deed
