COMMISSION
The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on June 18,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability.
Massachusetts Coastal Rail-
road, Railroad Right -of -Way.
Ongoing vegetation
management on railroad
right-of-way within NHESP
and the buffer zones to
several BVWs and waterbod-
ies.
Stacey Joyce, 27 Holly Lane.
Proposed addition in LSCSF.
Daniel and Deborah Bianchi,
35 Ocean Avenue. Proposed
addition in LSCSF.
Joseph Lapriore, 20 Perch
Pond Way. Proposed addi-
tion in the buffer zone to an
inland bank, pond, and
NHESP priority habitat.
Notice of Intent
Barry and Judy Lass, 7 Tide
Lane. Proposed reconstruc-
tion of an existing seawall in
riverfront area, land under
the ocean and LSCSF.
Jason and Tina Lilly, 143
Mayflower Terrace.
Proposed reconstruction of
a seawall further landward,
and new fiber roll array in
riverfront area, coastal
beach, coastal bank, and
LSCSF.
Gold Village Waterside LLC,
679 & 681 Route 28.
Proposed stone revetment
with fill in riverfront area,
land under the ocean,
coastal bank, land contain-
ing shellfish, and LSCSF.
Odessit Capital and Thomas
and Linda Fallon, 286 South
Sea Avenue. Proposed new
dwelling with ADU and
septic in LSCSF and NHESP
habitat.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
be found within the posted
agenda on the town's

ter at least 48 hours in
advance of the meeting.
