We are adding an 8’ x 14’ addiƟon to the right front of the house. The front lawn is flat and
level so no re-grading is required. The only vegetaƟon being disturbed are 3 small hydrangeas
that we had previously planted against the house, to be re-planted in a new locaƟon on the
property. New guƩers will be Ɵed into exisƟng guƩers as appropriate. There are no drywells.
