Description of Proposed Work: Demolish existing concrete step on front of house. Construct a new exterior landing and
entry staircase (similar footprint). Install Azek Vintage Coastline decking with color match plugs, Azek Trademark Series railing with
square white balusters, and whte Azek trimboard on the risers and skirt boards.

➢ If application is approved, approval is subject to a 10-day appeal period required by the Act.
➢ This certificate is good for one year from approval date or upon date of expiration of Building Permit, whichever date shall be later.
➢ Ali new construction will be subject to inspection by OKH. OKHapproved plans MUST be available on -site for framing & final inspections
