Dear Conservation Commission:
We are the property owners of 278 South Sea Avenue and an abutter to the proposed construction for 286 South Sea
Avenue. We understand that the Purchase & Sale Agreement specifically called for a single dwelling. There was
no reference of an additional ADU, which now is identified in the proposed plans. We are concerned as to how this
discrepancy developed and what is the specific intent of the ADU. We request that this be responded to in writing.
Kindly address this at the hearing at Yarmouth Town Hall on Thursday, June 18 @
