To Whom It May Concern In regard to the fence petition at 14 Ahab Road Yarmouthport...We would like to express our concern. We reside directly across the street and while the fence is pretty it is very dangerous as it prevents traffic from seeing around it when entering Union Street from Ahab Road. Cars have to pull slowly into the middle of Union Street in order to be able to see and cross safely; which is particularly dangerous. This house is currently being listed for sale. It is our opinion that it would be safer to remove said fence (there hasn't been one there in the 13 years we have resided in our home) or have them move it back another two feet from the road. Thank you for your understanding 184 Union Street On Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 8:41 AM, Sherman, Lisa <LSherman@yarmouth.ma.us> wrote: JUN 1 7 2026 Here is the link to the 14 Ahab application: Old Kings Highway Historic District llM- lip 1 11 , it =a . 1'#.' :5• 10TSTS 6 The homeowners did not get approval from OKH for the fence and someone complained.
