Good Morning Joe,
I have two other conservation commission meetings tonight so I won't be able to make it to your meeting
in Yarmouth.
As you may recall,your commission reviewed these maps in 2021 and the railroad's most recent
vegetation Management plan expired at the end of last year and is in the process of renewal. As part of
this renewal we are required to submit RDA applications to each municipality and renew the mapping
once again. I would ask that the Yarmouth Conservation Commission please consider my application
and make a determination in my absence. If that's not feasible then please ask the commission to
continue this until your next meeting and I will plan to attend.
