Scope of work includes: l . Removal of the existing overhead garage door and associated hardware. 2. Installation of two new double -hung windows centered within the former garage door opening. Each window will measure approximately 30 inches wide by 48 inches high, including exterior trim. Windows will match the style, grille -between -the -glass pattern, color, and finish of the existing windows on the residence. 3. Installation of decorative exterior shutters adjacent to each new window. Shutters will match the size, style, color, and appearance of the shutters currently installed on the front elevation of the home. 4. Installation of flower boxes beneath each new window. Flower boxes will be finished in a color and style complementary to the home's exterior and planted with seasonal flowering plants. 5. Addition of foundation landscaping beneath the new windows, including ornamental shrubs, perennials, and seasonal plantings designed to complement the existing landscape design on the front of the residence. 6. Exterior wall finishes, cedar shingles, trim details, paint colors, and architectural character will remain consistent with the existing home to create a cohesive appearance. No changes are proposed to the building footprint, roofline, structural dimensions, or overall height of the residence.
