On behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Karcha, owners of 52 Wilfin Road, we are requesting a minor modification to the Order of
Conditions issues for the above site SE#083-2310.
The proposed work will include the construction of a rinse station adjacent to the existing shed and outside of the 50’
buffer to the wetland resource. It will have a pervious surface and will be over an area of approved lawn.
