The Yarmouth Conservation
Commission will conduct
public hearings pursuant to
the Massachusetts Wetland
Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131,
Section 40, and the Town of
Yarmouth Wetland Bylaw,
Chapter 143; on July 2,
2026, beginning at 5 p.m.
for the following matters:
Request for Determination
of Applicability.
John Aukshunas, 10
Gardiner Lane. Proposed
addition in LSCSF.
Notice of Intent
ABL Realty Trust, Nicola and
Andrea Mariano TRS, 17
Thornton Brook Road.
Proposed raze and replace
of a single-family dwelling in
riverfront area and the
buffer zone to a BVW.
Karen and Wayne Roberts,
42 Mill Lane. Proposed addi-
tions and patio expansion in
LSCSF and the buffer zones
to a BVW and salt marsh.
Alan and Julie Shawcross, 60
Ice House Road. Proposed
garage, gravel driveway, and
relocation of a shed in the
buffer zone to a BVW.
Lisa Garcia and Miriam
Gelfer, 689 Willow Street.
After -the -fact filing for a
paver patio in riverfront
area, LSCSF, and the buffer
zone to a BVW.
The meeting will be held at
Yarmouth Town Hall, 1146
Route 28, South Yarmouth,
MA. More information can
