Proposed raze and replace of a single-family dwelling in riverfront area and the buffer zone to a BVW. Karen and Wayne Roberts, 42 Mill Lane. Proposed addi- tions and patio expansion in LSCSF and the buffer zones to a BVW and salt marsh. Alan and Julie Shawcross, 60 Ice House Road.
