There is a $50 application fee, which can be paid by cash or check made to "Town ofYarmouth". This approval is valid for
one year. Thls Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive priviletes; it do€s not authorize any inju.y to
private property or lnvasion of property.

The fallen tree may be removed by flush cutting, leaving the stump. It must be
replaced by planting a tree from the approved plant list which will be provided. This replacement tree
must be at-least 1.5" caliper and may be planted anywhere within 15' feet of the fallen tree.
A 3-4' path to the water may be maintained, following the line shown in the attached photo. No
additional trees may be removed along the path without prior approval.
