Subject:RE: Conservation Commission Meeting Notice, Thursday, July 2, 2026
Date:Tuesday, June 30, 2026 10:44:20 AM
Good Morning,
I reviewed the quorum observations with the applicant yesterday. The consensus is the full
Commission should have an opportunity to collectively review the application.
I am writing on behalf of the applicant and based on the assumption that July 16 will offer a larger
group review the applicant is requesting the July 2, 2026 hearing be moved to the July 16 agenda. If
you need to open the hearing on July 2, take no testimony and continue until July 16 there is no
objection to that.
Also, on behalf of the applicant I am informing the Commission the applicant will waive the 21 day
statutory term within which a decision would be made on the application. To set a logical limit we
qualify the waived term to be no longer than 60 days.
Thank you and Best Wishes for an enjoyable July 4th holiday !
Bob
