sampling, and concrete testing at the locations referenced above.
The S.W.COLE Construction Services representative arrived onsite at approximately 5:30 AM.
Concrete placement was observed during the time of sampling and testing.
Concrete Delivery of Load 1 arrived onsite with approximately 11 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi
concrete with 1‑1/2‑inch aggregate. Sika 75 admixture was added prior to placement. The
concrete was placed via pump truck.
Two sets of field tests total were performed on sampled concrete with the following results:
Truck 59 – Load 1
Slump: 6 inches
Air Content: 4.5 percent
Concrete Temperature: 77°F
Truck 75 – Load 10
Slump: 7.5 inches
Air Content: 3.8 percent
Concrete Temperature: 73°F
Two sets of compression test cylinders were cast for laboratory testing at 6, 14, and 28 days
(2), along with one hold cylinder.
Following completion of the initial placement, the pump truck relocated and utilized a
4,500‑psi concrete mix with 3/4‑inch aggregate. Sika 75 admixture had been added prior to
