Notes:
As requested by Rayssa (CDM Smith), an S.W.COLE rep was onsite to perform concrete
sampling, and concrete testing at the locations referenced above.
The S.W.COLE Construction Services representative arrived onsite at approximately 5:30 AM.
Concrete placement was observed during the time of sampling and testing.
Concrete Delivery of Load 2 arrived onsite with approximately 11 cubic yards of 4,500‑psi
concrete with 1‑1/2‑inch aggregate. Sika 75 admixture was added prior to placement. The
concrete was placed via pump truck.
Three sets of field tests total were performed on sampled concrete with the following results:
Truck 52 – Load 2
Slump: 8 inches
Air Content: 4.0 percent
Concrete Temperature: 75°F
Truck 64 – Load 12
Slump: 9.0 inches
Air Content: 3.0 percent
Concrete Temperature: 75°F
Truck 64 – Load 18
Slump: 9.5 inches
Air Content: 3.0 percent
Concrete Temperature: 75°F
Three sets of compression test cylinders were cast for laboratory testing at 6, 14, and 28 days
(2), along with one hold cylinder.
Laboratory compressive strength test results will be reported separately upon completion of
testing.
Test results and observations were verbally reported to the onsite client representative while
onsite.
The S.W.COLE rep departed the site at approximately 10:00 AM after completing the requested
services
