The homeowner provided additional information:
I put a small line in front of the house and one on the side to indicate where the fence
will go.
In the front it will be placed behind the existing flower bed. It will NOT run the length of
the front property line. It will be approx. in 6 feet from the driveway side and 6 feet in
from the property line on the left.
It will be 5-6 feet in from the road, there is an existing tree belt and then a flower bed,
the fence will be placed behind the existing flowerbed and then another flowerbed will
be created on the inside of the fence.
The fence to the right of the garage will run from the garage into an existing flowerbed,
approximately in 4 feet from the property line to the right.

WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant: applicant' s agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National and
State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of Appropriate
ness 'Demolition Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as required
by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations

Old King's Highway
The front yard will have a 30" tall decorative fence placed just b hind= District
the existing flower bed running most of the length of the front yard.
There will be a flower bed behind the fence and we will keep the flower
bed in front of the fence as is.
To the right of the garage we would like to add 30 " tall fencing as well,
this area would also include a gate.
This fencing is simply to create a decorative visual barrier for my two
small yappy dogs, it is not meant to contain them. They are contained
on the property using an invisible fence system.
Our neighborhood has a lot of walkers and my dogs feel the need to
bark at each and every one! The fencing will help to shield my
neighbors from the dogs and hopefully encourage the dogs to stay in
the back yard.
,maiWAaenee. If wood is my only option, then I would likely keep it its
natural color rather than painting it white.
