The following items need attention
1. Our technician noted that the main drain piping needs an auxiliary drain installed in order to
remove trapped water and to ensure that the drain line does not freeze in the winter. lt is
recommended that this auxiliary drain be installed prior to cold weather. A quote is attached for
your review.
Your next inspection and test is scheduted for May 20'15. We will contact you approximalely 30 days in
advance in order to schedule.

sprinkler system at 13 Bay Rd., West Yarmouth, MA.
Antifreeze freeze point: -2"F, PH reading: 7
(PH reading of 7 is normal. Lower is acidic and higher is alkaline.)
