Hi Irene and Tim, I have a couple of questions, if you could please either respond by email or share a response with the commission during your presentation at the meeting tomorrow: Are the trees shown on the proposed plan to be protected during construction, or are any proposed for removal? The retaining wall and patio remain on the proposed plan, but a note says the house and appurtenances will be removed. Can you please clarify if they will remain or be removed? Irene, I also received the revised NOI and BVW pdfs you sent, thank you. Tim, because it’s a raze and replace, the entire area of the existing house being demolished in the RFA (~2000 sqft) can be seen as “altered”. I agree, the commission would only ask for mitigation on the change in impervious area (45sqft), but it has come up in other projects where the alteration value doesn’t include ground disturbance, and the commission has asked for a revision. If we get the current abutter list and certified mail receipts by next Thursday, I’m happy to schedule the NOI for a hearing with no revision to that RFA area, but I wanted to mention it in my review to be thorough. Hello, I have reviewed the NOI filing for 17 Thornton Brook Rd. and found it to be administratively incomplete. Please provide the following by noon on 6/18/2026 in order to be scheduled on the 7/2/2026 agenda: Contact information (email and phone number) for the applicant. Revised area of RFA alteration. The 45 sqft provided on page 2 of the NOI represents the net change in hardscape, but we’d like to see the total area of disturbance, even if it’s temporary. A certified abutters list that is less than 30 days old. The one provided is from 3/23/26. Delineation sheets for the BVW on site. Hard copies, Certified Mail Receipts (PS Form 3800) for all abutters, and checks are also pending, but I understand they will be delivered. Let me know if you have any questions.
