Hello,
For your records, please find attached Endorsed ANR Plan 2371M for property
located north of Nottingham Drive, part of the Kings Way development, Assessor Map
142, Parcel 17. The ANR Plan creates a non-buildable lot for conveyance to the
Town as Open Space/Conservation Land (sale completed) and is subject to relief
given by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) in Decision 5205 recorded in Land Court
as Document number 1,537,394. The Plan was Endorsed at the May 20, 2026
Planning Board meeting and includes minor modifications to the previously endorsed
ANR Plan No. 2371L to meet Land Court requirements for recording. The plan is
pending recording in Land Court as plan 34279R.
